By entering or using the Wise Noble Limited ("The Company") website you ("Guest" or "User") are consenting to be bound to the present Terms of Use ("TOU"). If you do not agree to be subject to all these TOU, you're strongly advised not to enter or use our website and all the content available here (all together, "Services").

The Company welcomes you! • Termination and Modification of Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. The present constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. This agreement shall not be released, discharged, changed or modified in any manner, except by instruments signed by duly authorized officers or representatives of each of the parties thereto.
