Wise Noble Limited ("The Company") is committed to preserving the privacy of our website users. The present Privacy Statement explains about the information collection and use.

The Company collects personal information when you register with us as User and automatically receives and records information from your computer, including your IP address when visiting our website even as Guest, e.g. without completing a Sign-In procedure. To speed up our website access, we use cookies to save the Users' Sign-In names and passwords so that they don't have to re-enter them each time they visit our website. As part of the registration process, The Company requests the following personal information: the User's first and last names, and e-mail address. We'll never share this information with any business partners, sponsors and other third parties.

The Company uses the above information to provide our Users with information related to the content and services provided by us through our website. Further, it helps us to personalize and to understand certain patterns of use of our content and to describe our customer base in general terms to prospective users and the media.

At some point in the future, it's possible that business partners, sponsors and other third parties may express the wish to post advertising material on our website that, in this case, can only be of matter related to our business activities. For that purpose, all User related activities on our website are collected and stored in a DCM (Dynamic Content Management) system based on widely used database transactions. With DCM The Company can tailor statistical queries that will help us to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, constantly improve the quality of our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

The Company does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people, business partners, sponsors and other third parties except to provide the content or services requested by you and only after we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with The Company under confidentiality agreements. However, these companies do not have any independent rights to share this information.
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of The Company's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• In the event The Company is acquired by or merged with another company we will transfer your personal information as part of the commercial deal. In such case, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your Account Information

You can review your User account information via the menu option Account in the navigation bar. However, at this time, our system only allows you to change your personal password. It's meant to help you protect your privacy in the event the confidentiality of your User credentials is jeopardized.

At any time, an User can edit or revise the personal information previously provided to The Company by simply sending a request via the menu option Contact Us in the navigation bar. By the same means, you can chose to opt out of our database by requesting us to delete your account.

Confidentiality and Security

The access to your personal information is limited to The Company's employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide better services to you or in order to do accomplish their daily tasks. Through a series of internal policies, we keep track of all activities related to accessing of our User's personal information.

Further, our web hosting provider has in place a series of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to prevent ill intended individuals or organizations from gaining fraudulent access to your personal information.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change and update this policy as our business operation may require it in the future. In such case, we will notify you about significant changes in the way we handle your personal information by sending a notification to the primary e-mail address specified in your User account or by placing a well visible notice on our website.
